When I asked why they couldn't help me, the store employee said they had a store wide system error and couldn't do anything about it. That their computers were down and they were short staffed. He said this while I watched from my car as he helped other people already in the store. There was another employee inside and only 2 people in line. Employees need to keep a store open until the actual closing hours and not lock the doors because they want to go home early. I won't go to this location again. Waste of time and gas. Plus I don't appreciate being lied to. I even called another UPS and they didn't have any issues, system errors, etc.
