It was the worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store. They charge me for items that they didn't even use like packing material he charged me $21 for that I also charged me $8 to put six pieces of tape on a box and then charge me another $69 to mail it that's a rent to take care of my package because it had photos and important paperwork, but they did not they just shoved it in another box and sent it. Most horrible place I've ever been to and when I tried to ask questions one of the personnel got really snippy with me and made it seem like it was my fault. Never ever will I go there again

The store closed early (locked their doors 10 minutes early) and refused to let me in to process one box that already had a return label. When I asked why they couldn't help me, the store employee said they had a store wide system error and couldn't do anything about it. That their computers were down and they were short staffed. He said this while I watched from my car as he helped other people already in the store. There was another employee inside and only 2 people in line. Employees need to keep a store open until the actual closing hours and not lock the doors because they want to go home early. I won't go to this location again. Waste of time and gas. Plus I don't appreciate being lied to. I even called another UPS and they didn't have any issues, system errors, etc.
