  Vibha and Vivek Patel saved my trip to the Tucson Gem show. They offer their customers secure cubbies where they can leave their purchases throughout their trip. Then, when your shopping is complete, they spend time with you going over various shipping options and helping you choose the right one. In my case, that turned out to be a pallet delivered by freight to the entrance of my store. The pallet arrived in perfect condition due to Vibha and Vivek's perfect packing. It arrived the day they predicted and I could not be happier with the service I received from the Patel family (I met their daughter too!) and their entire staff. Each person I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return for Gem Show 2027!!

  Was in Tucson for the Gem Show. We usually drive our product back each year but we’re unable to this time. We had a pallet of product shipped through this store and couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service was phenomenal. Every day we were there, we dropped off boxes of product. The owner and employees were very accommodating. We received our pallet and it was wrapped very nicely and was received timely. We will be using their service upon our return!

  Not my usual UPS store. But I stopped by since It was near to my errands. Short indian guy was extremely rude and very slow to process information given and packages. Took him more than 30 min to process Amazon returns and ship one package. When I was about to pay, the total cost was more than double to my receipt ticket, so I asked for clarification and he started yelling at me about the extra costs, which he didn't explained before. Totally worst customer service ever! I see more people complaining about that indian guy in here, he should be fired or in the back of the store with no customer contact at all. I paid for an expensive freight service, and to be yelled at in front of a huge line of customers due the slow service skills and rude attitude of that guy. I do not recommend this store at all. I'm never coming back to this location. There's other UPS locations with friendly staff and great service instead.

  Best UPS store I ever used. I used to have a mailbox there before I had my own and I was there everyday. The owner greets me by name. Whenever I have a package to send or a Amazon return I purposely pass other UPS sores and drive farther just to use this one.

  I'm there on a daily basis for UPS NEXT DAY AIR services for the past year, and I will not go to another location. Vivek, and all staff are super professional, very welcoming, and I feel go above and beyond to take care of what you need! Thank you all for making my work pleasant, it's very much appreciated!
