    The man working here was incredibly rude and not very helpful, he was very mean when issuing our return and made the progress much more difficult than it had to be. Instead of directly answering any questions he would pose counterquestions for some reason. 0/10. Unsure of his name but he was the indian guy with an earring working the front.

    The store was good up until they overcharged me by 60$ which i brought to attention..the owner corrected it ( due to wrong lb on scale) then the bext time i went in the price was way to high so i told the owner i was going to shop around, not knowing she had put a label on the box...she called and threatened me said i was no longer welcomed because i did not advise her i was going elsewhere. I went back , took the label off box and went to post office. Same box she was charging 45$ i paid 17$ at post office the other box she wanted 43$ i paid 25$ ...guess she lost a good customer . I would go at least 2 - 3 x a week.

    Vibha, is always there with a smile and a wonderful greeting. She and of her employees are super helpful, especially with documents that I have needed to print out. They will definitely take great care of you.😊

    Mitali was literally the most amazing help ever! I was struggling to get a large document printed, and she took so much time to make sure that it was printed the way that I wanted to and gave a lot of pre-print runs and help me to make sure I was the most satisfied with my printing experience it was a really large task, but Mitali was literally the most amazing employee to help me. I am so thankful. I will definitely come back to this UPS store again because of Mitali!
