I didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses and had long dark brown hair. She was so friendly to each and every person who was in line. Her customer service was impressive! Truly cheerful and efficient! Amazing attitude.

I needed a notary for my and my husband's wills and found this UPS store was able to do it. We walked in the door and within minutes were having our papers notarized by Kristi, the owner. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as very pleasant to work with. In addition to her notarizing, she also had 2 employees who worked there who were able to be witnesses. The entire process was seamless, quick and easy and the rates extremely reasonable. I can't recommend this UPS store enough.

During my last visit, a customer came in after losing her car keys, and Doc went outside to help her search the parking lot until they found them. Exceptional service and genuine kindness.
