Everything was seamless. Damian was on it and super helpful. He was knowledgeable and very transparent about pricing and shipping dates. This location is out of the way but i definitely would come back for any of my shipping needs.

However, I had an urgent document sent last week through USPS via UPS, and I wasn’t informed that USPS only picks up from UPS every few days. This should be clearly communicated to senders. I paid for USPS Priority expecting 2-day delivery to California, but now it’s taking about a week, and the receiving business will be closed on Saturday. Please make sure senders are aware that USPS doesn’t pick up from UPS daily to avoid this kind of delay in the future.
