That means the contents were either stolen or completely mishandled after I handed it over to your staff. Either way, this is a serious failure and a total lack of accountability. Customers should not have to worry about their returns being tampered with after drop-off. My advice: if you return anything here, take a picture of the sealed package and of the employee you give it to, because clearly this location cannot be trusted to handle packages properly.
