- NPNikki PJan 18, 20261.0I arrived to this UPS store and walked in. Once I was inside with all of my stuff, the female employee told me they were closed. She told me they closed at 3p (it was 3:01), she refused to help me, and also was rude about it. She continued to leave the door unlocked and vacuum despite the fact I was standing there. There was no indication the store was closed and the gross lack of customer service will absolutely cause me not to return to this store. Two mins of her time, or more courteous communication would have gone a long way. The curt "we're closed" was what left a bad taste in my mouth. 1/5 stars for sure.
- RCRita CDec 25, 20251.0The employees are unfriendly and unwelcoming. The customer service is below average at best. The employees never smile or even bother to greet customers. They act annoyed and aggravated when they look up information on a package that is already in the store. The employees all have the same labored walk. They walk as if they’ve worked standing on their feet for hours. Overall, watching the employees “work” is cringeworthy. Thankfully, I only have to go once a month to pick up a package but I still feel anxiety just thinking of walking into the store and having to “bother” someone to get my package.
