The employees are unfriendly and unwelcoming. The customer service is below average at best. The employees never smile or even bother to greet customers. They act annoyed and aggravated when they look up information on a package that is already in the store.
The employees all have the same labored walk. They walk as if they’ve worked standing on their feet for hours. Overall, watching the employees “work” is cringeworthy.
Thankfully, I only have to go once a month to pick up a package but I still feel anxiety just
thinking of walking into the store and having to “bother” someone to get my package.

Short version of story. I had to wait longer than necessary for a label to be printed. When I was at the register Brittany said to have a blessed day. I let her know not everyone was religious. She yelled have a blessed day as I was leaving. When I got to the door, I said " he " does not exist. Brittany the yells at me to " get out" multiple times. I have never been yelled at as a customer.

The “store manager” Brittney (if she even gave me her real name) on the Broadway location was the rudest and most unprofessional encounter. I was given the stores direct number from the UPS customer service number and was told my problem was “escalated” to them and they were who needed to help me. After telling Brittney what happened her exact words were “that’s not our problem” and “Deliveries aren't part her job” she couldn’t send or point me to anyone who could help me and told me to “figure it out bc it’s not their job” This is literally UPS delivering IS YOUR JOB! If I could give zero stars I would.
