I was given the stores direct number from the UPS customer service number and was told my problem was “escalated” to them and they were who needed to help me. After telling Brittney what happened her exact words were “that’s not our problem” and “Deliveries aren't part her job” she couldn’t send or point me to anyone who could help me and told me to “figure it out bc it’s not their job” This is literally UPS delivering IS YOUR JOB! If I could give zero stars I would.

- STSteven TerryAug 28, 20251.0This is a review of the Local UPS Store that I have been using for nearly 10yrs- NOT UPS. I went to the UPS Store specifically because of bad experiences using USPS in losing letters. This was a Notarized (at Chase Bank) letter that had to travel from Tucson to Scottsdale. The letter got stuck in Goodyear the next day with a bunch of other items as per UPS Store and my only option was to wait the 8 days until UPS paid a Claim. They did that, but at the time I asked the local store, "since y'all do Notarizing and I just went through this 2 week mess- will you Notarize the letter that was lost/recreated at no charge?" I cannot believe they said "no". Its a $10 charge and takes the Notary less than 5min. I get that the store "is not UPS", but that's the logo on the storefront. Seems like a bad Business decision to take a crappy situation and make it worse by not offering a very simple concession to a long time Customer. FedEx, here I come :(
