I'm sure Amazon is not paying very much for servicing the returns making accepting the returns a generally thankless task. I've seen the staff having to put up with customers who are not prepared, can't find the return codes, nor have things acceptably packaged. The staff treats these people with more respect than they really deserve.

She was telling the older female with blonde hair how tired she was and she wanted to go home, as she was helping me she was giving me attitude the entire interaction. No matter what the case is no customer should have to deal with attitude because a employee is "tired" or having a bad day. She should've been more professional. I wish I got her name but I wanted to leave the store instead of dealing with her. Reading the reviews this isn't the first time she's been rude to customers, I feel the manager really needs to talk to her before she runs business away.

I went in around 3-4 pm I believe and the young girl working the front register was rude, never smiled, just plainly asked how she could help. I put my Amazon return on the scale and it fell by accident behind the counter and I kept apologized and she made a face during the entire interaction pretty much rushing me out. There was another older female who was sitting at the back desk not even helping just sitting there on her phone. The other young girl wearing a black shirt was constantly moving around, the only difference with her was she was smiling and greeting customers even while doing other things. The boss needs to talk to older and younger females about their behavior. They need to be more like the young female in black by smiling and constantly doing something instead of sitting in the back and being rude to customers.
