I went in around 3-4 pm I believe and the young girl working the front register was rude, never smiled, just plainly asked how she could help. I put my Amazon return on the scale and it fell by accident behind the counter and I kept apologized and she made a face during the entire interaction pretty much rushing me out. There was another older female who was sitting at the back desk not even helping just sitting there on her phone. The other young girl wearing a black shirt was constantly moving around, the only difference with her was she was smiling and greeting customers even while doing other things. The boss needs to talk to older and younger females about their behavior. They need to be more like the young female in black by smiling and constantly doing something instead of sitting in the back and being rude to customers.

Whenever i go to the store which ever one is there at the time are always sitting at the back table on their phones, laptop, or doing arts and crafts. The last few times i went into the store around 3 or 4 the young blonde walks to the back door while the drivers are there and disappears long enough for the line to get longer the phone ringing and stuff being piled on the back tables.... Instead of doing her job. The older one is always on a phone call even with customers in front of her which is extremely unprofessional.
