He left a signed tag on the door to accept delivery after they missed him yesterday. Problem is, the packages never arrived at all. The photo was of a delivery of the same type from the previous week. His security camera showed no FedEx truck passing or stopping at his house today, and yet FedEx says this new shipment was delivered. This seems like an inside theft of irreplaceable merch. Anybody had a similar problem with FedEx?

- RARhea AngleJul 9, 20251.0NO STARS! Totally incompetent FedEx, at least at the Tucson level. A family member PAID for overnight delivery, we were supposed to receive the package in less than 24 hours, we're now at 48+ hours and no package!!! The package contains keys that we needed to access a family condo as part of a 2 week trip. We are now delayed 2 days, our bags are packed, and we can't leave because we have no keys. The litany of lies are legendary. We were told we've had the package by Tues., the tracking showed "out for delivery" but we had nothing, when we called we had a person out of the country with heavily accented English who said we'd have it by the end of the day, but it never came. She couldn't even says what time "end of the day" was! Wednesday morning no package, but tracking now shows "!" which is no help. The local terminal does not have a local phone number to talk to anyone. We call the 800 number again and the service rep said she'd try calling Tucson, but after trying she said "no one is answering the phone" so dead in the water again. Our family calls and is told someone will get back to them in 2 hours, but 6 hours later we're told it's in Tucson "on hold because the credit card is no good". Okay, then why was it out for delivery? They tried all the lies they could, and finally someone admitted Tucson does not have enough drivers! We've already lost a day of travel to this garbage. HOW DOES A COMPANY OPERATE WHICH NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE & HAS INSUFFICIENT DRIVERS? THE ANSWER IS VERY POORLY. THANKS FED EX FOR RUINING MY VACATION. We probably won't get the package tomorrow either. Almost $70 for crap service? I'll never use Fed Ex again and I'll tell everyone I know of this experience.

When I finally get to my turn the guy says they don't do "Ground" shipping there. It doesn't say that anywhere. Outside it just says ship center. So that sucked. Basically, don't go there if you're doing "Ground" shipping.
