    A bunch of liars!!!!!! I’ve stayed at home on Dec 31st and 2 Jan all day waiting for my packages, only for them to say.. they attempted delivery and no one way home. If you lazy, just say that! Or leave my pacakage at the door similar to your other sorry counter-parts. I hate liars. FexEx delivery is the worst of the worst. No morals or integrity.

    The staff was very helpful. I thought I was going to have to pay to ship my package but he told me that my label was prepaid. Very good!

    Came over here to print a document, I'm not very good with computers. I'm a roofer. So he handed me a card and said attach it to an email linked to this card. Was not sure exactly what he meant, so I asked him if he could walk me through it. So he repeated himself to me saying the same exact thing. And again he returned to just being on his phone. So I asked him once again if you could physically walk me through it and he said he can't because it looks like I have an Android phone and he only uses Apple. Went right back to being on his phone. So very poor service, do not recommend unless you know exactly what you're doing on your own. I just ended up leaving because I got no help.

    I don't need to mail things often, especially on a time crunch. I walked in to this location, luckily they weren't busy at the time. The gentleman immediately asked if he could help me and I showed him what I needed sent and asked him could if we could get it there by X day. He told me it wasn't a problem, provided me an envelope/packaging sleeve, provided me several options for shipping and their cost. It was a very easy check out and I was on my way. Thank you for making it easy!
