I have never had a better customer experience anywhere. Brent (I believe that was his name) was the most welcoming and helpful individual I have ever met. It truly makes my day interacting with such kind people, especially in unexpected ways. He went above and beyond any expectations of customer service I expected. I wish I could leave tips or do more than leave a Google review to communicate how much I appreciated him. If you see this thank you Brent for your hospitality, eagerness to help, and kindness!

Just finished lunch with a large iced tea. Needed to print a couple of business documents at my local FedEx. I mothballed the old Canon Ink Jet years ago; I would rather just stop in here on those rare occasions when I need to print — no more expensive ink cartridges or tank refills for me. At FedEx, I recommend you do your own printing whenever possible: it's a lot cheaper than having their staff print for you, as well as better privacy. Black & White copies are not the default, but they are way cheaper than default color copies. However, I've noticed that when printing color, the system detects docs that are mostly black text on white paper with only a small amount of color (company letterhead or logo, for example) and reduces the price. If you were making copies, don't forget to pull your originals from the document scanner bed. Go back for them next day and the staff will tell you they shred documents that are left behind. Damn shame if it happened to be a birth certificate or other official document. I mean, really, couldn't they hold them for at least a week? My documents printed, the large iced tea catches up with me and suggests matter-of-factly I might want to visit the restroom before leaving the premises. Amazingly there were two such rooms located conveniently behind me at the printing station I was using. Observation 1: The toilet needs a good scrubbing. See for yourself (picture included). Observation 2: I have just printed personal documents I don't want to leave lying about, but here I am in the FedEx restroom and no clean counter to set them, no place to secure them while I go about my business. Solution? Well, you can either wedge your documents under the plastic notice cover on the door (the one about the restroom needing attention) _or_ (and hear me out, this is an option), just drop them in the slot of the toilet seat covers. Observation 3: One of the staff is rather effusive calling every total stranger that enters his shoppe 'my friend'. Observation 4: Did you forget to take your documents after you did whatever and washed your hands in the restroom? Go back and get them, my friend.

I like the place by the former Zona 78 Restaurant and 🍨. It’s pretty 🤩 quick and easy to send off my next day delivery 📦 package. Their service is impeccable and they are better than most delivery services 🚚 providers that I have used. They offer the next day delivery 📦 or more days for your conveniences. If you don’t have it don’t worry, they got you covered. They have other things you can purchase there as well. Like, pens, tapes, and more. If returning, and you didn’t have a box or a label. They can help you with that too. They can print and weigh it out for you. They are always helpful. They do go above and beyond. My place is not an easy place so not everyone is perfect. I lived on top Mount lemon 🍋 so before you drive up the trails you will get lost and the trails are not what it seems😉. The GPS we used are not the most intelligent so you will end up on the wrong turns. One of many FedEx drivers went the wrong way and it wasn’t their fault because the GPS took them the wrong direction. They aren’t the only delivery companies that ended badly. But this last one ☝️ got helped from my husband and the FedEx guy was very determined to get the hell out of my front yard😂. My yard is the Preservation land preserve to the wild life. Yes, 🙌 he got back on track and he delivered our packages and we all lived happily ever after! That’s why I love the FedEx workers.
