    I had absolutely exceptional service from a young man named Connor. He helped me print a poster and some business cards for a small company I am started. I am not computer savvy and he was an insurmountable help.

    Understaffed, not the workers fault. Guys working behind counter very positive and outgoing, working with what little they have. 5 star exists specifically for them.

    At my apartment complex we have Luxer One parcel lockers. The courier never uses them properly (assigning my package as unknown resident when its clearly labeled as an apartment.) they will leave my packages out in the open in front of the office. The refuse to deliver to the door if the mailroom access is unavailable which is very frustrating. I have had multiple packages gone missing from this behavior. They will even leave my package directly in front of the parcel lockers. I want my packages to be there when I return from work. Many times they are missing or gone. Not to mention, the actual customer service is not good. Anytime I asked to speak with someone about these issues, I never hear back from them after I am promised an email or call back. Please, do better with the packages.
