On multiple occasions I have been happily helped by Rebecca who goes above and beyond at every interaction. I leave a 5 star review after going in today and having to unfortunately deal with customer service rep (Cleo) who was more focused on being condescending and rude. The absence of great customer service reminded me of all the times that I have been there and have been treated well and assisted on any printing projects I may have. The experience here is more often than not great( ask for Rebecca!)
