My package was already prepaid with a label and properly packaged—a box inside a poly bag, nothing unusual. But the guy behind the counter flat-out refused to accept it, claiming the poly bag was an issue. Instead of just doing his job, he launched into a condescending lecture about my packaging choices. He then tried to upsell me hard: said he’d only take it if I removed the bag, paid for a new label printout, bought one of their boxes, and shelled out extra for them to repack it. Are you kidding me? I wasn’t about to pay more for something I’d already handled myself. So I walked out, took it to another FedEx spot just around the corner, and it shipped without a single problem—arrived at its destination perfectly fine. This place isn’t interested in providing actual shipping services; they just want to lecture customers and squeeze every penny out of you with unnecessary add-ons. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Zero stars!

However I needed a quick print so I sent it over. Saul was amazing he made the process painless, he was efficient, he easily found my order with no disrespectful comments, (like I've experienced in the past). I was so happy when I left there, and blown away by how different this interaction was compared to past experiences. Thank you Saul I just wanted to give you a shout out because your professionalism deserves that.

The employees will not help you and will make up excuses for why they can't ship your package and try to make you buy their products to fix the issue. Other location took the same package and didn't have any issues with it. Waste of time!

I just sent a crib mattress to my sister in Phoenix (in 1 day!) & they made it so easy! They literally have a box to fit ANY thing & reasonably priced too. The Manager was very helpful.
