Rude to local people. Lack of customer service at its finest. When you need to speak to a manager or supervisor they are always not there. makes you wonder if there is even a manager to manage the way their employees work or treat their customers service. a UPS package was delivered at noon, & was not sorted through by 4pm because the workers fail to do their job. I was told it still wouldn’t be done by the next day. USPS needs to hire individuals that will complete the job duties that are required.
