- RCRaelyn CokerMar 24, 20251.0Every time I go to the post office now since they have changed the employees who work in there, I’ve had a bad experience. I am told my packages are never “there” but you can clearly see they have been checked in when you track them. I have to go in and ask for my mail because it is not in the box. They say they do not have it and I need a tracking number so I go back home get the tracking number and then I go back 20 minutes later and all of a sudden my package are in my box. I asked to talk to the postmaster and she is a very rude person who raises her voice it’s unprofessional of her. This is not the first time that I’ve had problems of not receiving packages and my mail. This is almost a daily problem.
