The employee behind the counter that handled my parcels I needed mailed was extremely helpful & understanding of what I needed & helped me get the correct option that would do what I needed & was actually 1/2 the cost of the option I was going to go with being on a very strict fixed income budget I really appreciate that ❤️ & was very informative on an issue I having with my residential mailbox issue I'm having. Plus how & what I'll need to bring & say to my postal service office who delivers to my address to be a able to fix my problem. Didn't get her name but I have big thanks to that employee!!!

Wow!!! walk in at 4:32pm, door where still open and one of their employees walk to me and tell me I have to get out, that they where already closed I told them that I just need it a stamp to mail my letter and still said no.
