A lot of the negative reviews seem to come from people blaming them for things that aren’t even in their control - like holiday shipping delays or, somehow, FedEx SmartPost issues after the package has already been passed to FedEx 😵💫 And the passport complaints? They process the applications, but it’s not their responsibility to fill out your forms for you. That’s just common sense. Overall, I respect the employees here. They deal with a lot and still stay professional, even when customers try to make them responsible for everything. Great post office and solid service every time.
