Thatcher has, by far, the kindest, most competent postal workers I've ever met. They've helped me with many small needs that they didn't have to, and shown compassion when something was amiss. Hard workers. We're so lucky. Be kind to them, they will continue to take good care of us.

The mail person puts packages in my mailbox that will not fit to come out my side of the box. I have asked them to stop many times but......there is another package stuck in my box right now!!!

Twice now my carrier has “delivered” my Amazon package in the wrong mailbox. We have a set of mailboxes that require a key, so it’s unfair that it’s getting delivered to a neighbor and I’m unable to get my own package. The carrier is getting lazy.

How is someone that works 8-5 suppose to get packages that get left behind the counter? Today I miraculously got off work right at 4:30 and raced to the post office, it was 4:33. The door was locked, but a young man was behind the counter and said, “we’re closed”! I showed him my yellow slips and he sad “we’re closed”. I tried explaining my situation and he didn’t care. I asked if I could go to the back door to get my packages, because the older gentleman that works there says if someone is there it’s fine, but this younger guy said NO! I understand they have working hours, but they also have flyers up begging you to get your packages everyday at this time of year. This valley is known for poor customer service and I just wish someone would step up to give us a better reputation. Very disappointed that this man was unwilling to help me today when he had time to talk to me thru the door, but refused me my packages. Not everyone has a flexible schedule so a little grace now and then would be appreciated!
