This place can not follow basic instructions on where my door is, they refuse to work with me on anything, worst experience ever, want packages delivered to you? go to UPS or FEDEX these dudes literally suck.. this post will literally leave your packages at the mail box on the ground around the corner before making an effort to drop your package off at the door like they are supposed to

Today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a USPS office.
In the past, representatives behind the counter have sometimes been serious or showed little patience, but I have never felt disrespected like I did today. I understand that people get tired and overwhelmed sometimes , but this was truly an extremely unpleasant experience.
After this interaction, I looked at the location’s rating and saw 2.9 ⭐️ now I understand why!
The issue was with an employee named Princeley. A tall guy with long hair. I only asked a simple question because I do not work at USPS and I am not familiar with their rules. Instead of helping, he responded with poor I mean POOR attitude and made me feel ignorant for asking.
When I calmly told him that if he didn’t have the patience to explain, I could speak with someone else, he simply extended his hand toward the counter without saying a word, signaling me to move on.
Thankfully, another kind lady at the first register helped me. I explained my concern to her and asked to speak with a supervisor. She apologized for somebody else’s bad behavior, and She tried multiple times to call one, but no supervisor came. I waited approximately 15–20 minutes before leaving.
Before I left, I informed them that I would be submitting feedback online.
Employees in government service positions like USPS should understand customer service and treat people with respect. I am a manager myself and understand how important customer service is. Just because people rely on mailing services does not mean they should be treated poorly.
