- CFChristopher FiscusDec 17, 20251.0Paid $71 to mail two Christmas packages on DEC 1. Sixteen days later, one package is missing and one package is being returned to sender. Classic. Thx for helping to make Christmas special … and lesson learned. Use USPS. And a follow up: UPS customer service is even more worthless: no one ever called saying there was a problem which would have saved everything. So 31 days later, and out $32, we will resend the now-returned package through the postal service. Merry Christmas UPS and here’s hoping karma heads your way.
- CSChristopher ShankOct 27, 20251.0I have been getting my mail here for over 11 years and have never had an issue until now Due to nother change in ownership, there is no longer any overnight access to my mailbox and they no longer hold packages for me. I have to go between business hours 9:00 to 6:00 Monday through Saturday. This results in several days delay for me to get my mail if I can't get it myself. I live 14 miles away. This is no better than the post office wish we all know sucks. I definitely WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have gone to the kiosk. Now I know better than to ever talk to one of these employees ever again because they'll just make me do their job for them. Thanks for making me late to work.

They are also very helpful when printing a large volume of documents or sending packages. This is the best UPS store in town!
