  Every time I drop off from this specific facility they somehow seem to mess up the shipment!! Ive had some lost, bouncing from facility to facility or extremely delayed. Isnt this supposed to be a ship center? Why is it so hard to do their jobs?

  FedEX as a company needs to just be one of those companies that trump closes down and we never look back at. I had a phone very expensive phone that should have been deliver on march 18,2026. As a consumer i would call the customer phone number on a package to ensure proper handling of people items, we are spending thousands on it takes two second to make a phone call. I never ever had an issue receiving a packing from no other service provider but FedEx and it does not matter what state you live in. FEDEX the entire company is trash and needs to be removed as a provider for consumer. Also, do to the handling of my package and the lack of procedure to just call the person that's listed on the package I will be filling a complaint with the BBB because as an human who just wants my items when i order them i'm tired of the delivery driver looking like a convict and foreign workers for escalations trash the entire company and fire the workers. The world would be a better place without FEDEX

  Drivers lie a lot. Say they attempted a delivery when they didn't. Anything to not be accountable for lazy incompetent service. You're lucky if your item arrives on time, undamaged. I personally would never send with fedex but I've been on the receiving end of their "service". I canceled my Walmart+ subscription because they use Fedex when they don't deliver themselves

  I paid for overnight shipping to have a valve for a tool that I need shipped overnight and 24 hours later and my valve still isn’t here. It’s been sitting at the Tempe hub all day long they’re open and my package is just sitting there I tried to call and Be able to pick up my package and they’re telling me they need to email me when it’s ready. It’s been sitting there for a day. This place is ridiculous.
