When my husband went to go pick up our mail that we had requested to hold for a month and the employee had stated to my husband that there wasn't such thing!? They need to hire people that know what can be done through the usps app, there is such a thing! Have emails and confirmation of holding my mail. Are they not looking into their systems and looking through customers requests online or what!? And not updating their drivers!? Its ridiculous, days later I had to go check our mail and everything was bundled up in the mail box, like really? Making it difficult for customers to get their mail when we had recently moved from the address. This office doesn't care about customers or their mail!
