    Legit no help. I would give 0 stars if possible. No one at this location picks up. I’ve been calling at different times for over 2 hours with it dialing and going to busy tone prior to hanging up on me. The least that could be done is answering a phone for a business that is funded by the government.

    I'm so angry and frustrated, I had a very important package that needed to be delivered today 12/15/25 because I need it for for work tomorrow. There is the green slip in my mail box saying the names of the new residents (me and my roommate), the USPS delivery driver went there, saw the slip, didn't take it. Instead they took my package and returned it as 'vacant', they didnt even try to leave it at my front door or knock because my roommate was home and she would have signed if needed. This happened at 8:28am, I came to the PO straight from work around 3:30pm and the package had already been mailed back to sender.

    Everytime I've come into this location they've been quick and efficient. Laura especially is one of the highlights of this location

    They don't even deserve 2 stars.First and last time going there.The guy put the wrong label on my package and I waited over 2 weeks just to find out that the package returned to a different location that is far away from there.A waste of money.Ups is better

    Worst post office me and my husband had experience! Poor customer service! When my husband went to go pick up our mail that we had requested to hold for a month and the employee had stated to my husband that there wasn't such thing!? They need to hire people that know what can be done through the usps app, there is such a thing! Have emails and confirmation of holding my mail. Are they not looking into their systems and looking through customers requests online or what!? And not updating their drivers!? Its ridiculous, days later I had to go check our mail and everything was bundled up in the mail box, like really? Making it difficult for customers to get their mail when we had recently moved from the address. This office doesn't care about customers or their mail!
