One of the worst USPS locations ever. It’s a coin flip on whether or not I actually get my packages from them. They often refuse to deliver packages, claiming that they are “unable” to but I’m pretty sure it’s just because they are lazy. Whenever I shop online these days, I intentionally look for sellers who will ship via FedEx, UPS, Amazon, pretty much anyone except for the USPS. I even tell sellers I’ll gladly pay more for shipping for them to use a different carrier if it means I can avoid this USPS post office. I’ve never had an issue with any other carrier in this area, just USPS.

This post office sucks. The employees are rude and always have attitude. They tell you they want your things in boxes but do not have the correct supplies on display and they do not have signs saying to ask for them because they are behind the register. The lady at the register on 10/6/25 at 4:35 pm attitude was so disgusting

Customer service is so key to forward facing staff. After a very unpleasant experience with James at your front counter I was ready to find another post office. Literally, I’d rather go somewhere else than deal with this employee. He has no business dealing with people, refused to help even when asked and was extremely rude. Thankfully Leon was there. He stepped in, assisted me in finding the right size envelope (after James had yelled at me for picking up the wrong one, but refused to help me find the correct one) and was more than friendly. I am giving this 5 star review for Leon, who deserves to be recognized for stepping up to help a customer after his colleague showed no interest. I appreciate people like Leon who are willing to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Thank you! The world needs more people like you, Leon!

I'm genuinely baffled as to how a post office location could have a 2.7 on Google reviews, it's a post office. Unless you walked in on them gleefully stomping on your great grandma's carefully packed limoges, what could you possibly be upset about? What are people doing here besides mailing letters, I demand answers! Besides, this is my favorite post office location and it's not even the one closest to my house. I'm always mailing stuff. Love these guys.
