  I have been coming to this UPS store for about two years now and I can the negative ratings are completely false. Never with any of the employees have I experienced anything close to poor customer service. They have always went above and beyond to fitting my needs even when it meant to helping me with things that they weren’t even required to working there. True professionals in shipping, packaging, and no words express the 10/10 customer service. Hannah S manages this store very well and is a positive contribution to making this store tied to the best store in Arizona (tied with the one off of Kyrene and Elliot). Mason also manages these stores better than anyone in the country. If you ever have doubt, read this message and trust these people will always fit your needs and much more.

  This place charges a $2.99 service fee to print anything, besides what they overcharge per page, even for one single sheet of black and white. Greedy. Staples on Rural and Broadway does not charge any ridiculous service fee, and each print is about .10 cents cheaper. Fedex Office doesn't charge a service fee either. Greedy Greedy

  Store was scheduled to open at 8am. It's 8:20am and it's still closed. This is very frustrating as there were 3 other customers waiting in line too. We all had to leave and the building is still not open.

  After visiting this location for shy over two and a half years, even despite moving farther and being closer to other locations, I am disappointed by how a package was handled for overseas shipping before Christmas. I had paid for faster shipping so that the package would arrive for the holidays with time to spare, and while at the store the employee entering info did not know what she was doing then. The destination country, spelling for her name, or other info had to be fixed several times, and after I had said that a rigid cardboard box would be preferable so that as little damage to the package would happen while the package travelled halfway across the world. I had stated several times that the cost of shipping was absolutely no concern, even if a cardboard box would have been more expensive to ship out. After that, the package had sat at the office for two days, and it was only after I inquired on the third day that a new shipping label was created and the package sent out. I was told Wednesday morning that the package was sent out through the USPS, and that tracking info wouldn't be available but that the package was in transit, which was a lie. A few days after, the package was marked returned for an insufficient address, and I was sent to a different store to talk with a manager since I was told he handles the package personally. With props to the manager, he did offer to cover the difference in shipping costs for my package to be sent out, however after getting my package back and repackaging it myself, I was sad to see that my gift was packaged in one of the flimsy flat rate mailers instead of the cardboard box with bubble wrap or foam cushiong like I had requested. This gift was EXTREMELY sentimental, and the contents irreplaceable. Additionally, I am unsure if this happened during stuffing my letters and package into the mailer, but one of the letter's corners was torn open, and given that the possibility for mishandling and the contents of the letter being snooped around at, I am thoroughly uncomfortable with shipping anything or having my mail handled by this location regardless of the offer for the difference in my shipping costs to be covered.
