    Store was scheduled to open at 8am. It's 8:20am and it's still closed. This is very frustrating as there were 3 other customers waiting in line too. We all had to leave and the building is still not open.

    After visiting this location for shy over two and a half years, even despite moving farther and being closer to other locations, I am disappointed by how a package was handled for overseas shipping before Christmas. I had paid for faster shipping so that the package would arrive for the holidays with time to spare, and while at the store the employee entering info did not know what she was doing then. The destination country, spelling for her name, or other info had to be fixed several times, and after I had said that a rigid cardboard box would be preferable so that as little damage to the package would happen while the package travelled halfway across the world. I had stated several times that the cost of shipping was absolutely no concern, even if a cardboard box would have been more expensive to ship out. After that, the package had sat at the office for two days, and it was only after I inquired on the third day that a new shipping label was created and the package sent out. I was told Wednesday morning that the package was sent out through the USPS, and that tracking info wouldn't be available but that the package was in transit, which was a lie. A few days after, the package was marked returned for an insufficient address, and I was sent to a different store to talk with a manager since I was told he handles the package personally. With props to the manager, he did offer to cover the difference in shipping costs for my package to be sent out, however after getting my package back and repackaging it myself, I was sad to see that my gift was packaged in one of the flimsy flat rate mailers instead of the cardboard box with bubble wrap or foam cushiong like I had requested. This gift was EXTREMELY sentimental, and the contents irreplaceable. Additionally, I am unsure if this happened during stuffing my letters and package into the mailer, but one of the letter's corners was torn open, and given that the possibility for mishandling and the contents of the letter being snooped around at, I am thoroughly uncomfortable with shipping anything or having my mail handled by this location regardless of the offer for the difference in my shipping costs to be covered.

    After setting up appointments to get passport photos, we were exceptionally disappointed with the lack of communication or professionalism at this UPS Store. Not only we're multiple staff not able to take the photos (two different staff tried and ultimately kept coming out of the "back" to take a new photo of one or more of our party - eventually, after probably 45 minutes, they decided to take the photo with one staffs' phone camera), they also hid in the "back", and told us that they were printing the images ... while they made us waiting another 1 hour and 45 minutes, only to eventually inform us that the photo printer was actually broken. 2 hours and 30 minutes after we arrived to our first scheduled appointment, a third staff came out and told us that the printer doesn't work and they can't help us. When we pointed out that we've been waiting "a very long time" we were told they were sorry, but they were trying to fix the printer. A complete waste of two hours and thirty minutes, and the original two people who were helping us didn't have the courage to come out to the front to tell us that the printer wasn't working. I understand things break, but to hide in the back of the store and to tell us that the photos would be completed in "15-20 minutes" was a lie that shows the quality of service at this store. After that experience, I would suggest avoiding this store.

    Their domain email kept rejecting my documents I needed to send and the staff kept running to the back, had no idea what to do. Very disappointing.
