  Was not happy with the way I was treated when dropping off a package to have returned to Amazon. The counter guy asked if he can help me and I said yes, I have a package to return to Amazon with the bar code, and he says that there's a kiosk to do that at now and when he pointed to it, I saw there was a guy using it and he had several package. I said that wasn't there a few days ago but ok, good to know. Then the guy raised his voice with attitude and said the store owner wants people to start using the kiosk. Well when there's no other customers waiting and someone else is using it, that employee has time to help me. There was no need to raise his voice with attitude to me like that no matter if he was having a bad day or not. The kiosk was already being used, no one else was in line and all I did was drop off the box and had the bar code scanned. Took no longer than 60 seconds. But for an employee to give rude attitude is unexpected and unacceptable. That was a first that I had an employee talk to me like that. And I go to this store all the time because it is right down the road from me. That is something I will not tolerate and will not be treated like that.

  The star rating system is subjective, but in my rating, 3-star = average, even though anything less than 5-star is a "negative" to a business, despite that being reserved for the best places, in my opinion. The service here was solid, the clerk / front desk person knew what they were doing and were efficient. It did get busy in the short time I was there, requiring an extra person from the back to come help. The selection of products - boxes, mailers, tape, packing material, etc. - was light, but I'm guessing that's because they know what sells and what sits. I'd prefer to watch my newly purchased box, with all of the contents I just placed inside, be packaged very securely and with a lot of tape; If my shipment arrives without any issues or problems with the content, my rating will stand. If, however, I later learn that there are any irregularities, I'll come back and update this review.
