I have to go between business hours 9:00 to 6:00 Monday through Saturday. This results in several days delay for me to get my mail if I can't get it myself. I live 14 miles away. This is no better than the post office wish we all know sucks. I definitely WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have gone to the kiosk. Now I know better than to ever talk to one of these employees ever again because they'll just make me do their job for them. Thanks for making me late to work.

Both items came back to me past the return date and both boxes were missing the return label that was issued for them. They came back with the old label that had already been on the box, so I’d recommend removing any previous labels before you ship an item here as well. I’m now out $500 because of this

However, when the package arrived at their doorstep, it was no longer a book in the packaging. Along the process, someone had replaced the book inside the packaging with an explicit adult toy. I know it was the same packaging because I had used an old Amazon delivery bag to ship it out. I've called UPS multiple times and was told that I should submit a claim online and that they would do an investigation on their end as well. I did that multiples and when I've called, the Customer support agents tell me they do not see any active investigation or claims on this! I was then given a different number to call, so essentially I'm being given a runaround. The store itself has been completely unhelpful too. I have a strong feeling that one of the workers did this because when I went in to confront them about it, I found the same worker that I dropped the package off with back in May. He tried to play it off and shouldn't look me in the eyes. To this day, I have not heard anything from UPS about the incident. Blatant Islamaphobia. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I'd suggest not to use this location or any other UPS store for that matter if you can avoid it!
