Thx for helping to make Christmas special … and lesson learned. Use USPS. And a follow up: UPS customer service is even more worthless: no one ever called saying there was a problem which would have saved everything. So 31 days later, and out $32, we will resend the now-returned package through the postal service. Merry Christmas UPS and here’s hoping karma heads your way.

I have to go between business hours 9:00 to 6:00 Monday through Saturday. This results in several days delay for me to get my mail if I can't get it myself. I live 14 miles away. This is no better than the post office wish we all know sucks. I definitely WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

If I wanted to use the kiosk I would have gone to the kiosk. Now I know better than to ever talk to one of these employees ever again because they'll just make me do their job for them. Thanks for making me late to work.

Both items came back to me past the return date and both boxes were missing the return label that was issued for them. They came back with the old label that had already been on the box, so I’d recommend removing any previous labels before you ship an item here as well. I’m now out $500 because of this
