- EPEliza PDec 26, 20251.0Went in to get 3 posters laminated. There was 2 workers there. One of them said that the machine wasn’t on and that it would take a while before it would get hot. I had no problem waiting. Once the machine was ready they both started the process. Once the third poster was laminated and she was cutting the excess, she asked me to view the other posters. They looked fine until I noticed that one of them had the bottom folded in. When I pointed it out she said that there is no guarantee it will look good. That the machine does it. There was also dents on the other posters as well. If there was no guarantee then she should’ve said that BEFORE she started the process. I overheard both workers talking about the machine as if it were the first time they ever used it since they said it came in last month. She took no accountability whatsoever and provided no solution for ruining a poster I could not reprint or replace. She seemed very annoyed when I at least asked for a discount. She only took off the rush fee which was $9.59, I shouldn’t have paid for the damaged poster but I just wanted to leave. She gave me the stink eye the entire checkout process. She needs to work on her customer service and work on taking accountability. Cashier #1791889 blonde hair. Definitely go to a place that has people who know what they’re doing unlike here.
