Noticed a guy who worked there standing by the checkout registers. I waved him over to the copy desk area as there were a couple of us waiting there for help. He came over and I asked him if there were any other staffers that could help us while the other lady was busy helping other customers. He said the lady at the return counter would get to us after she dealt with the line at the return counter. Meanwhile he went back to the place he was initially standing at and continued his adventure staring out into space. Space, the ultimate frontier. "Where no man has gone before," except for you Hashim. Thanks for your woeful lack of customer service. And for the lady with the brown hair who had customers stacking up left and right, thank you for your assistance and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
