  Kenny and Michael went over and beyond to researched why my overnight package was not delivered. They were both so friendly and genuinely cared. Michael found the correct address for a company and gave me all the information. I highly recommend this FedEx location! Thank you Kenny and Michael.

  In general FedEx is not a great delivery company. However my experience with this location was particularly ridiculous. I recently had an accident where my glasses got broken and I am legally blind without corrective lenses. I ordered new glasses on Monday with expedited shipping. The package arrived to the Tempe distribution location on Thursday 09/25/25 the next morning I received a notification that it would be delivered that day Friday 09/26/25 between 8:40am-12:40pm. I never received my package and the delivery date was changed to Saturday 09/27/25 with a delivery time between 9:30am-1:30pm I got the bit that it was in the truck with the driver Matthew of course it was not delivered. I called the customer service number at 2:00pm and was told it would arrive before 5:00pm I told them that this was an important package it has my new glasses and it cannot be delayed any further. I requested that they contact the driver or someone at the Tempe center to get an ETA since their inability to do their job and deliver a package that I paid extra to get delivered in a timely manner. I was advised a ticket had been created and I would be getting a call with an ETA. At 3:00 pm I received a call from this location and was advised that it would be delivered by 5:00pm and she would call me once it was marked delivered to confirm that I received it. Naturally it is now past 5:00pm and I have not received anything. I called the office back to find out what is going on and of course the office closes at 5:00pm so I can’t get in touch with anyone. The lack of customer care and clearly being lied to is ridiculous. The driver Matthew and the woman who called me from their office unfortunately I forgot her name clearly have no interest in actually doing their jobs or if it were something frivolous no big deal annoying but whatever it’s not that serious. However if I do not have the glasses in my undelivered package I will continue to have migraines and not be able to drive or go to work because I can’t see. So as I continue to lose money and experience pain due to not being able see well enough because they can’t deliver a simple bit to a location 25min from the center truly incredible work.
