  Drivers lie a lot. Say they attempted a delivery when they didn't. Anything to not be accountable for lazy incompetent service. You're lucky if your item arrives on time, undamaged. I personally would never send with fedex but I've been on the receiving end of their "service". I canceled my Walmart+ subscription because they use Fedex when they don't deliver themselves

  I paid for overnight shipping to have a valve for a tool that I need shipped overnight and 24 hours later and my valve still isn’t here. It’s been sitting at the Tempe hub all day long they’re open and my package is just sitting there I tried to call and Be able to pick up my package and they’re telling me they need to email me when it’s ready. It’s been sitting there for a day. This place is ridiculous.

  Clean and tidy but staff was a bit hard to get along with and didnt have much care of respect for packages especially live animals.

  This place is utterly useless. They tried to deliver a package did not leave that flyer for me to sign tried it again but this time they did I signed it and left instructions on what to do with the package. They never came back out over a week later, they kept on rescheduling itand instead of making a third attempt, they decided to ship it back to the shipper instead of trying to re-deliver it good job a delivery service that doesn’t deliver.
