  Years ago I used this store often. Never again. Recently needed a print. The store corrupted the print (I unfortunately gave them an old Word file rather than PDF.) They will not reprint the file despite the fact that their software reported to them the error.

  Some Spanish Lady who works in the store was very rude. Had all my information including email confirmation with address, ID and wouldn’t give me my package unless I had a business card or paystub with address?!? I think that’s very disrespectful and I never had to show my business card or paystub in 6years of doing business with FedEx. Won’t be going Back.

  The man who claims to be the manager is very rude and does not know how to speak properly, regrettable that he does not know how to treat people well with a job that is to attend in an educated manner.
