However, when I got directed to where I should be, upon stepping inside I was by greeted Erica and Mercedes I believe was her name (if I got it wrong, charge my head not my heart). They helped me bc I didn't know what I was doing thanks to my daughter, lol. When I sent my daughter pictures of her package along with the receipt she was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I'd shipped her packages thru other avenues which was like a stick up w/o a pistol (they were outrageously expensive), I'd read the reviews for DHL and decided to give them a try...well Erica I will visit you all again if she should need anything again.
