  So the problem I have is, I use the drive wize app. If my wife doesn't drive 50 times in the six months we lose some of the benefits of the app. So you have less chance of a liability because she doesn't drive much but I lose the benefits do to her no driving very often. Maybe we should get Congress to look into this as they looked into your Home own insurance practices?

  I'm having a very bad experience with agent Kayla Degroot, that works here. She is suppose to look into a claim where her insured hit me in the rear. I provided her with a narrative and a witness (which also happens to be a police officer, unlikely to lie in a situation like this), and she ended the investigation without even trying to contact my witness, saying "there are no witnesses". This is absurd, they didn't try to do any investigation, just enshrined what their client told them and went with it.
