Amber is not a good fit to represent this company — she shows no empathy, no accountability, and no professionalism. I’ll never forget the moment I said I had already been working with her that week and suddenly she could “see me,” after the other worker said she was busy doing work as I came to see her in person since she FAILED to inform me that the text messages i was responding back to was going to a darn computer smh .. noone answer the phone on the site on google for tempe and then i was told that number goes to a branch? Well isnt that JUST LOVELY so inhad to drive with the gas i really dont have to the office again to speak to someone in person ....yet still refused to come get me as she was supposed to. That speaks volumes. On top of that, testing information was withheld until I showed up in person, there was no follow-up on my replies, and the office phone line does not work — it is never answered, leaving customers without support. People drive out of their way here for opportunities, and are instead met with dismissive service and no way to reach anyone. After looking at recent reviews, it’s clear my experience is not unique. Requested Action: A supervisor who actually cares about the Tempe location needs to pay a visit in person, confirm whether the phones work, and hold staff accountable. Immediate action is needed to fix communication failures and retrain employees on professionalism and empathy.
