- MWMarchetta Williamson5 days ago1.0I originally requested and paid for a priority package that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. Due to USPS incompetence the package took almost a month to be delivered. I spoke to Eric and Sandy at this location. Sandy ultimately stated that Eric should not of resent my parcel without a new tracking #…sent me running back and forth to several locations for resolution. She told to come back to her location to request the refund -since the service I paid for was not rendered. I did what she told me to and she recanted totally. She was not in purpose. After changing her story several times she stated she could not issue a refund. 1 box 6 trips to 3 different post offices. Went to Sun City West and a kind “ in-purpose” gentleman issued an immediate refund. They couldn’t understand why she didn’t do it in the first place, she has the authority to do so. She stated that the first time but she apparently had a case of convenient amnesia. I returned to let her know that I was fully aware that she lied about the refund. She gave me the run around on purpose-when it was in her capacity to all along issue the refund. I pray that this doesn’t happen to an elderly person who doesn’t deserve it. That is the main reason for me working so hard for resolution. The entire transaction was recorded. Hopefully her Supervisors correct the behavior. I reached out to her Supervisor Teresa King and got no response.

The woman told me they were not priority boxes an to repackage them because of price she weight one box and told me this would be expensive, I ended up going to a ups store an they were indeed priority boxes and they had no problem Mailing them. I will got the the ups store from now on. They made it easy and had no problem Mailing the boxes as they were.
