  A MONTH OF LIES, TRANSFERS, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY — FEDEX LOST MY DEVICE AND IGNORED THE RISK I have never experienced customer service this dysfunctional. FedEx lost my package at a local facility and has spent over a month sending me in circles. Every call results in being transferred to the wrong department, given new instructions that contradict previous ones, or being told to restart a process I’ve already completed multiple times. I submitted a claim with documentation — only to later be told it was never received. The representative handling my case stopped responding, and I was told he is now “on vacation,” forcing me to start over yet again. Even more concerning, this was not just any package. It was a laptop being sent for repair, and I was required to include my password. This creates a serious and unacceptable data security risk, which FedEx has shown no urgency in addressing. Instead of resolving the issue, FedEx continues to delay, deflect, and minimize the situation by offering only a shipping refund. This is not just poor service — it is a failure of responsibility.

  We came in a half an hour before closing with two large packages of a deceased relative’s belongings we had to ship tonight. AJ & Spencer were unbelievably kind, compassionate and efficient, they explained everything so thoroughly, including pricing, tracking, and estimated delivery. It was honestly incredible customer service considering we both were struggling emotionally due to the circumstances. This is what 5 star service looks like and they both deserve recognition.

  They told me I needed to buy a more expensive item than I actually had to. If they're going to rip me off, I'm not coming back to this location, or fedex in general.
