    I had a very frustrating experience with USPS regarding a package that required a signature. Delivery was attempted while I was away, and when I scanned the barcode to reschedule delivery, the system indicated the option was unavailable. Also, the earliest I could pick it up was three days from attempted delivery. The notice left did not include pickup location details (only the product information) which created additional confusion. I attempted to contact the Surprise Post Office for over an hour and a half to confirm whether the package was there or another location, but no one answered the phone. When I went in person, the line was extremely long and only two employees were working. Overall, the lack of clear communication, limited staffing, and difficulty reaching the post office made this a very disappointing experience.

    I operate a home business with daily home pickup for outbound packages. For the last two days I have had pickup requests placed with the Surprise USPS and the driver has made NO attempt to pickup. I received an automated response saying an attempt was made, no packages found. With 8 surveillance cameras, a Ring camera, and sitting 5' from the door, I would know if you really made and attempt. Save some money, change your name from USPS to POS so customers really know what they are paying for.

    Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with won’t answer the phone Didn’t put the key for the parcel locker in my mailbox and will ignore you if you stand at the desk completely ridiculous. I’m disgusted with this place.
