Delivery was attempted while I was away, and when I scanned the barcode to reschedule delivery, the system indicated the option was unavailable. Also, the earliest I could pick it up was three days from attempted delivery. The notice left did not include pickup location details (only the product information) which created additional confusion. I attempted to contact the Surprise Post Office for over an hour and a half to confirm whether the package was there or another location, but no one answered the phone. When I went in person, the line was extremely long and only two employees were working. Overall, the lack of clear communication, limited staffing, and difficulty reaching the post office made this a very disappointing experience.

For the last two days I have had pickup requests placed with the Surprise USPS and the driver has made NO attempt to pickup. I received an automated response saying an attempt was made, no packages found. With 8 surveillance cameras, a Ring camera, and sitting 5' from the door, I would know if you really made and attempt. Save some money, change your name from USPS to POS so customers really know what they are paying for.
