For the last two days I have had pickup requests placed with the Surprise USPS and the driver has made NO attempt to pickup. I received an automated response saying an attempt was made, no packages found. With 8 surveillance cameras, a Ring camera, and sitting 5' from the door, I would know if you really made and attempt. Save some money, change your name from USPS to POS so customers really know what they are paying for.

Packages almost never arrive when stated on receipt upon drop off because they regularly don't leave the day you drop them off, even when dropped off hours before pickup time. This includes overnight, even when paying extra for overnight. Have had them refuse to scan package on drop off, which should never happen per customer service. Lately always out of stock for mailing items and never have labels. This seems to be a more recent issue within the last several months.
- NSNeto SmithAug 19, 20251.0This was my first time visiting this USPS location, and I do not know any of the employees there. I went on a Saturday around noon, and the line was long. I patiently waited about 45 minutes before it was finally my turn to pick up a package. Unfortunately, the experience was very frustrating. One of the employees (an African American female staff member) refused to give me my package because the name on it was not mine. I explained to her that the house belongs to me, the package was sent from abroad by my girlfriend, her name was showing on the package. And I showed all the proof I had. She then asked for my mortgage documents, and even after I showed her in paper, she still said no. I also showed my driver’s license and multiple letters with my address, yet she refused to release the package. In the end, I had to call USPS and request a redelivery. After receiving the package later, I honestly wanted to bring it back to the location and show it to the manager as proof of how unreasonably I was treated. This was a very disappointing experience.
