I rode it down to Savage Bicycles to see what they could do, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. I was greeted by Caden, who was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended a few smart upgrades to make sure my bike would be safe and comfortable for the ride, but there was absolutely no high-pressure sales vibe, which I loved. I also explained that I’d be leaving town and wouldn’t be able to pick my bike up until Monday, and they had no problem storing it for a couple of days. Their communication truly can’t be beat. I received a detailed quote up front and consistent updates throughout the process. The best part was finding out the final upgrade cost was actually cheaper than originally quoted. What impressed me most, though, was the staff as a whole. While I was there, someone came in with a mountain bike looking for parts, another customer was interested in a triathlon bike, and no one had to wait around for “the right person” to help them. Every staff member clearly knows their stuff when it comes to all types of bikes. That level of knowledge across the entire team is rare. I could go on forever, but I’ll keep it simple: I totally recommend Savage Bicycles. Outstanding service, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about getting you on the road safely and confidently.

She was verbally abusive and very disrespectful to my wife. We can only assume it was because my wife has a strong spanish accent. The worst part was that the other 2 agents looked at my wife with apologetic eyes but did nothing to stop Theresa's behavior. If this woman is unhappy with her job she should look for a different job and not take her frustrations out on her customers. I tried calling the manager of the station and no one answered the phone. Very disappointed.
