  I had a painting shipped from this UPS location that was important to me, and they did an awesome job. It was packaged extremely carefully and arrived safely. I was genuinely impressed with how well it was handled. Everyone there was really nice and helpful, including the manager and another employee (sorry I didn’t catch names). Overall a great experience. 10/10. Highly recommend

  I just want make a shout to an employee his name is Eugene my mom and had to get some returns done and things to mail. He was helpful didnt rush us. And answered all our questions. Great attitude very helpful.

  Do NOT use the UPS store. Ridiculous up charges and overcharges! I came in with small item and a prepaid label based on a UPS-branded box that would easily fit the item. Employee refused and claimed they had no UPS boxes and instead insisted that he bubble wrap and use an unnecessarily oversized box… even though I told him the item was not fragile.He charged me over $16 JUST FOR THE BOX!!? I was subsequently billed for additional postage charges by UPS, for the incorrect size that I had indicated based on a UPS box, so basically I paid 2x what the real cost should have been! Total rip-off!!

  This UPS location used to be my go-to for all my postal needs. Recently, I’ve noticed that many of the long-time staff members have been replaced with new hires. I was already hesitant to return after a negative encounter with an employee named Eugene, who raised his voice at me to “not block the door” even though the store was packed and there was nowhere to move until another customer was called forward. The customer ahead of me was not spoken to in the same manner, even though I simply stepped into their place in line. Today, I visited again to process a return. After a few minutes of waiting, Eugene announced that there was an optional kiosk available. I preferred to wait since I was next in line and even offered the kiosk to customers behind me, though no one wanted to use it. Eugene then approached me and insisted on helping me process the return at the kiosk. During this interaction, he spoke to me in a condescending manner—telling me to “read the instructions” and asking “What does it say here?” as if I wasn’t following the steps correctly. I told him, in front of others, that there was no need to speak down to me. Based on my two recent interactions with Eugene, his professionalism and customer service fall noticeably short. This is disappointing, especially since I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade without any issues until now.
