  We came in a half an hour before closing with two large packages of a deceased relative’s belongings we had to ship tonight. AJ & Spencer were unbelievably kind, compassionate and efficient, they explained everything so thoroughly, including pricing, tracking, and estimated delivery. It was honestly incredible customer service considering we both were struggling emotionally due to the circumstances. This is what 5 star service looks like and they both deserve recognition.

  They told me I needed to buy a more expensive item than I actually had to. If they're going to rip me off, I'm not coming back to this location, or fedex in general.

  I have worked with FedEx a couple times for my business. Spencer and Tyler are so polite and very reliable. I appreciate all they’ve done even when I make mistakes haha. These two are awesome!! Thank you guys.

  Leslie was so kind and patient. She even helped me repack one of my packages to make the shipping faster and less expensive! Great service and friendly people.
