The lady at the desk (I didn’t get her name) was extremely helpful! She definitely knew what she was doing and had done this many many times before. We came in to this exact location as it has Saturday walk-in appointments. We walked right in, I handed her my packet of prefilled information. She reviewed it, said everything was there and then sent us in to Patrick who performed the actual verification and documentation. Entire process from start to finish was tops 30 minutes…this office appears to be a very well ran establishment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing passport services. Thank you for making our first time a breeze!
