Because WOW was this lady rude. The lady at the anthem post office was rude too. Only a certain special type of person is allowed to handle your incredibly personal, private documentation I guess. At least I only have to go once.
- BKBarbara KruegerOct 18, 20251.0I went to this post office to mail some care packages to military service people stationed in the Middle East. The process is very cumbersome. I did the paperwork for it online. They wanted every single item in the package to be measured by length, width and height. They wanted the weight of each item, the cost, and the country of origin. Then there were three different drop down description as to what the item was. I had two packages with 15 item in one and 10 items in the other one. This took me several hours to input all this information. I printed the completed form off of USPS website. I then went to this post office to mail my packages. The women who helped me immediately complained that I didn’t pay for it online. I told her that I was not given that option. She complained several more times that I should have paid for it online. Then she said that the print on the form was too small and she couldn’t read it. It was small, but I could read it and it was printed from USPS website. Then she said that it wouldn’t go through in her machine and she handed me paperwork to do it all over again by hand. At that point, I had a meltdown. I do apologize for that. Someone else came over and he couldn’t get it to go through either. I left in a huff with my packages. I then went to the USPS store at 4225 W Thunderbird in the Hallmark store. They were very nice and shipped my packages with the same paperwork I gave the other post office. No problems. That post office will be getting my business from now on.
