They take your work and may complete it days later. In our case they said to come back in 3 days and when we did they forgot to do the print job. Apologized and said they were too busy and it might be ready in a few days. Go elsewhere like Office max if you want it done. We won't go back.

She snatched the package out of his hand and was very rude to him. It hurt his feelings and we will never step foot in that location again.
