- DDDanMar 11, 20261.0As we use more online shopping and delivery, the hours of operation (M-F, 8AM to 4:30AM) for the lobby sure make it difficult for a good portion of the Somerton population that still relies on PO Box service to receive our packages. I understand they have limited resources and personnel, but extending the pickup hours to at least 5 pm and perhaps opening Saturdays like their Yuma and San Luis counterparts would sure make it easier for many of us that work until 5 pm to receive our packages and avoid getting sent back to the sender. Most new subdivisions in Somerton are receiving home delivery. maybe the ought to do so for the rest of the city. and do away with the outdated PO Box system.

- JHJanet HernandezApr 16, 20221.0Some employees are nice some are not, why isn’t it open on Saturday to be able to get packages, why do we always have to get yellow slips to get our packages, why can’t they leave them in the key boxes, why can’t we just get our mail delivered to our house, this post office is the worst to get your packages, it’s always a mission to get them, I really dislike this post office service!
