Terrible service by even more terrible people. I’ve had packages lost with zero assistance in fixing things. Ask for assistance understanding things and get no answers. If it wasn’t so far to drive I’d still have my mail sent back to Concho. They have their stuff together and are always helpful and kind.

I would 0 star if I could, unfortunately they have the worst service in store and in mail delivery. Always getting different people’s mail. Never receiving all of mine or receiving it late etc. Not sure who runs the show but they either are not doing their job or are not monitoring the work ethic of the employees.

Seriously?? Where do you get off charging people for shipping when they’ve already paid? Twice now, after ordering something and having it sent to my P.O. Box, I’ve been charged a second shipping fee. And now for the second time, you boneheads have decided to refuse my mail and had it sent back?
As stated in other reviews, it is in your best interest to go to Show Low and get a box at the UPS store, that way when you get a message that you have a delivery it doesn’t end up being upwards of 3 days before you actually get your package.

I have been using this post office for 6 years now, and although there were a few months with a particular employee who was unkind and unhelpful, my overall experience has been quite good. Yes, if you moved here from a larger city, it is frustrating that the packages don't come to your doorstep. That is because you're on a rural route now -- hopefully the tradeoff to live in peace and quiet is worth it. BUT I wanted to give a shout-out to KP who is usually the employee at the counter when I come in. He is always a good balance between professional and kind. I have seen him deal with angry, rude customers while staying calm, and today I saw him handle a distraught, sad customer with such compassion and helpfulness. Her brother had died and she was trying to get his mail. She was slightly hard of hearing and although her English was quite good she lapsed into Spanish for a while. He listened and responded in Spanish and took care of the part he could at that time, promising to follow up on the part he couldn't. There was a line of people waiting but he never seemed rushed nor did he seem to be lagging. He took just the right amount of time both to show human care and get the job done. I was very impressed. I am grateful to live in a place where even the guy at the post office cares about the people who come in!
