I would 0 star if I could, unfortunately they have the worst service in store and in mail delivery. Always getting different people’s mail. Never receiving all of mine or receiving it late etc. Not sure who runs the show but they either are not doing their job or are not monitoring the work ethic of the employees.

I have. P.O. Box and they frequently mark packages as delivered and so I make the trip to town to pick up my stuff and they have failed to put them in the actual boxes . When asked when they will actually deliver my items they have already marked as delivered they say come back in a couple hours . Keep in mind I never bother to check my P.O. Box before noon . So I make another trip into town at 4 pm and they still haven’t put the packages in the mailbox’s they’ve marked as delivered and told to come back and check tomorrow!!!! It’s a 40 min round trip to the post office and making that trip multiple times a day is expensive and time consuming. This isn’t just a one time thing it’s actually very frequent . Friday I had 3 packages show as delivered and went to town Friday , Saturday and even Sunday thinking maybe I went too early on the Saturday mail delivery. My P.O. Box was empty at 3 days and even today “ Monday “ when I went in at noon . I gave the clerk my id and told him my stuff showed delivered Friday and I have nothing in the mailbox to show the packages were there and he went in the back and found 2 of the 3 packages. I would hate this to happen to somebody with a medical condition waiting on life-saving prescriptions or equipment ! They need to stop scanning things as delivered until it’s actually in the box or ready to pick up at the counter

I have been using this post office for 6 years now, and although there were a few months with a particular employee who was unkind and unhelpful, my overall experience has been quite good. Yes, if you moved here from a larger city, it is frustrating that the packages don't come to your doorstep. That is because you're on a rural route now -- hopefully the tradeoff to live in peace and quiet is worth it. BUT I wanted to give a shout-out to KP who is usually the employee at the counter when I come in. He is always a good balance between professional and kind. I have seen him deal with angry, rude customers while staying calm, and today I saw him handle a distraught, sad customer with such compassion and helpfulness. Her brother had died and she was trying to get his mail. She was slightly hard of hearing and although her English was quite good she lapsed into Spanish for a while. He listened and responded in Spanish and took care of the part he could at that time, promising to follow up on the part he couldn't. There was a line of people waiting but he never seemed rushed nor did he seem to be lagging. He took just the right amount of time both to show human care and get the job done. I was very impressed. I am grateful to live in a place where even the guy at the post office cares about the people who come in!

I didn’t used to deal a whole lot with the post office until CoVid happened, and then we started getting all of our stuff by mail. Working at a post office is a rough job, and pretty stressful too, as any issue with the successful delivery of an item or ultimately come down on the people who work the “end of the line”. Our mailman has always brought our packages up to our door, and is always good about communicating when there’s a package too big to be delivered to our mailbox. There Were a couple of times where photos were bent to be put in our mailbox, But nobody’s perfect. And it sure beats having to go into town every day to go to a PO Box. So we’re OK with the occasional Crease in our pictures. I found that the staff that work the front desk at the post office are usually just as polite with me as I am with them. I found out they’re very helpful and more than willing to answer questions.
