  This UPS store (owner) allegedly won't accept more than 10 Amazon packages per day from UPS itself. Apparently the store makes nothing on pickups like this and while I can understand the owners reluctance to accept these-he or she miscalculates the value of doing so IMO because now, I won't be shipping ANYTHING from there. Its not in the best part of town to begin with-lots of sign holders and homeless in the area so there are better alternatives in my view. Often, packages have to be rerouted to a nearby CVS store and special notices have to be emailed about the change of location. I drove 60 unnecessary miles because this store decided to stop accepting Amazon packages. UPS should renegotiate their franchise licenses to include the stores MUST accept these. Amazing isn't it? A UPS franchise that won't accept UPS packages. Notice the carefully worded response.

  I went in today to return an Amazon order. Misty was rude and unhelpful. She continued to display such an unpleasant and unprofessional attitude as I walked out of the store, laughing and trying to get her co-worker to join in. I am shocked she even has a job there in customer service. Typical for sierra vista. What happened to the employees that worked at the other location???

  Man, I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. I kid you not. Yesterday I was absolutely frantic, needing to ship a cd/dvd to Phoenix as soon as possible. I called and spoke with kiyah(not sure of spelling), and she was very helpful. I told her my situation and she informed me that ups does not deliver to po boxes, so I'd have to get a physical address, and what time the driver would be leaving with the overnight air packages. So I did just that and arrived in time to get it sent. Kiyah is also the one that helped me when I got there. She informed me of the price, which was $50 (a little steep in my opinion) but she explained that's with a guaranteed delivery by 10 am. She also gave me the option of a $20 delivery, that didn't have a guaranteed delivery time but did say by the end of business the next day. So I choose that one, but ended up changing my mind and decided to go with the $50 one at the end of it all. She also helped me pick out a sufficient envelope to send it in. Which was only $3.99. She was very understanding, empathetic, and patient throughout the whole process. Great customer service through and through. That's 3 different employees now, at that location, that just made my day after my interaction with them. Thank you ups for staffing your business with such wonderful employees. And thank you kiyah! Keep up the good work!
