Have been having massive issues getting a gift shipped to the right place, manager called and told me what to do to fix it. that option is completely unavailable and there is no way to contact the manager directly. I am going to have to drive 4 hours to get my wife's christmas present because the losers at the USPS refuse to do their jobs correctly. EDIT: turns out i cannot drive to the post office because the manager that told me she would put a hold on my mail is either a liar, inept or both and they sent my package back to sender instead of holding it. Seems like a specific U.S president was correct about the postal service being a waste of tax payer dollars.

So I stop at the post office this morning to pick up some stamps. I’m waiting in line when a window opens and the clerk calls out “Who’s next?” in this snarly, irritated tone. The disdain on her face was obvious. My first thought was, Great… let me get this over with as fast as possible. I walk up and tell her I need four books of stamps. She barely acknowledges me, and the lack of enthusiasm is almost impressive. She slides the stamps over, I slide my card, and I’m hoping to wrap this up without further interaction. Then the card reader lights up with a “Rate My Service” screen with a smiley face, neutral face, sad face, and of course the screen is flat so she can see everything. I pause, hoping it’ll time out and I can move on. No luck. She looks straight at me with that same sour expression and says, “You have to give me a rating,” practically glaring at the screen while she waits to see what I pick. Now, I wasn’t about to let guilt push me into tapping the smiley face, and even though she absolutely earned the sad face, I settled on the middle option. Her expression tightened, anger creeping in more clearly. I grabbed my receipt and made the quickest exit I could manage.

i've had nothing but good experiences here. i sell online and have to drop packages off often and i've been met with nothing but kindness and efficiency. i've seen the staff handle rude customers with grace and patience. Very reliable people and the line isn't usually very long.
