The experience was terrible. Maybe it was just a bad day but I will avoid this store in the future.
I’m leaving 5 stars because it’s Christmas… they definitely don’t deserve it.

Misty was the cashier who serviced me and she was so rude and nasty and had such a nasty attitude because I wanted to watch her tape my box up AFTER paying for her to tape it. She just threw the box with a cell phone in it, across the counter after taping it up. If it's broken or the seller complains about any damage to it I will inform them to contact your company. Glad I recorded it. If she doesn't like her job or then she needs to find something else.

I'm giving it 2 instead of 1 because it's ok for shipping. But if your business is going to brand itself as the "UPS STORE" there needs to be some degree of caring about UPS problems. I have a package sitting in Tennessee that won't ship because of an "incorrect address" but when I click on the link the address is correct. UPS website wants to charge me to change an address that doesn't need changing! I had already tried online chat support and the 1-800 line but because I had a shipping # but no tracking # I couldn't even get started. I decided I needed a human so I stopped in, hoping I could show them that the address was correct and they might be able to waive the fee for "changing" it or something. The rude clerk refused to listen to my problem, offered no sympathy or alternative contacts. She basically told me to get lost in not so many words. So here I am. No package, no options. They should at least have a number that they can call for human support when customers have an unusual issue that can't get resolved through regular channels. This is also HORRIBLE for elderly people who aren't technologically savvy, they should at least be able to stop into a "UPS STORE" and have a clerk help them access online support, but this woman was clearly not willing to do a thing. I'm still not sure how I'm going to get my package, short of paying $12 to update an address that is already correct. Horrible service.
