    I have used the Sierra Vista Alphagraphics location twice in the last 6 months. Both times I submitted simple copy files by email. Twice I am disappointed with the quality of customer service, which is paramount for a customer service based industry. It it's nice to get an automated email that the file is received; however, if the email note is going to state that a representative will call shortly to confirm the order... please do so. Both instances I had to call and request status of my print requests. Typical responses both times... we'll call you when it's ready. Before joining the military I had 7 years experience working retail printing for Kwik Kopy, Quik Print, and Ginny's Printing - I know the importance of prompt and accurate customer service. I will not be using Alphagraphics again in the future.
