John observed us not locating an envelope we needed to mail a document and went out of his way to retrieve one from the back of the facility. This is a busy facility, and to maintain their high level of customer service is commendable.

I've seen the USPS deliver to a resident down the street (numerous times) but they say they don't deliver to our area because we're County and not in City limits, even though we have a Show Low address. They keep returning the packages to the sender without notification or the option to pick it up at the post office... maybe it's about who you know. Customer service is non existent with these people. About the worst service I've ever encountered. Another prime example of our government at work.
