I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. My grandmother went here today to ship out a few (3) packages. Out of tape at home, so she figured she could buy some in store. When she took her boxes in to finish closing the them, she was met with a very rude employee, who told her the limit to “stand and tape boxes” is one. Then proceeds to tell her they are out of tape, but she must take them out to her truck to finish packing. When she told the guy he was being rude, he doubled down and had the audacity to tell her she was the rude one. Let me be clear, IT IS YOUR JOB as an employee of the post office to de-escalate any situation and handle it professionally! REGARDLESS. So don’t be upset when you fail at your job, and someone has to match your unprofessional and crude demeanor. She did not remember the name of the kid, however she tried to call about it, but I can almost bet money nothing will came of it. This place is probably only open because it’s one of the only few post offices on the mountain. If we return at all, it will be me. As I refuse to let anyone take advantage of my grandmother because of her age.

I have a PO box here because I can't receive mail at my house. Have been coming here for years and always happy with the service.

Can’t even believe this place calls itself a post office! The incompetency is off the charts. Please fix this so people can get their mail for goodness sake!

We have a rude, unreliable deliveryman. He often puts other people's mail in our mailbox and when we don't get or get real late mail I assume he has put our mail in other people's mail. As of Jan 18th I saw via email that I was to receive VIP letter from the IRS yet as of evening Jan 19th, no deliveries at all. WE haven't had any mail delivery since Jan 16th, nothing! I was supposed to get USPS big delivery and other mail, yet nothing yet. What happened to our rude mailman now?
