- GJGia JamesOct 9, 20181.0Rude customer service, it is intentional because it appears you bother them by entering the facility. I am new to Seligman AZ and not aware of the no mail delivery rules. Trying to understand what this meant to me, the customer service person tells me she can't make it clearer. Then she walks away. So a package that was sent to me today, has today, been sent back to the company as non deliverable. Yes, I had a mistake in the address, but they are supposed to hold my mail for 30 days so that I may inform the companies I deal with how to reach me by mail. This is just bad. I was a local government employee in another state and we were blessed for our jobs. Here, the mentality is that employees are untouchable. If I could give 0 stars I would.
