Unfriendly and rude people at counter. The slowest service you can imagine, and uncaring!

I have been using this USPS branch regularly for a couple of years now including a post box. I have to agree with the other reviewers that the two permanent staff that are there would be better off finding work somewhere that they enjoy. It's blatantly obvious that they hate being there and in my experience have a very discourteous attitude towards customers. In addition my PO Box is always filled with advertising mail addressed to the previous owners of that box and they refuse to stop putting in these advertising pamphlets. Then when I have a letter/package that will fit in my PO Box and does not require an acceptance signature they instead put a note in to pick it up from the front counter which usually involves a lengthy wait. When asked why the letter/package was not put directly into my box, they have no answer and simply shrug their shoulders. It’s really completely unacceptable behavior and should be rectified by USPS management or hand the franchise to private operator who will have a vested interest in giving the best service that they can!
