- SMSusan MarksMar 5, 20241.0I don't even bother going to this USPS any more. Hours are unpredictable and they are so unhelpful (rude). Others have posted their experiences, and I have had the same issues. It's worth the extra distance to drive to the other USPS.

There’s a lot of people posting horrible reviews, however, every time I have gone into the post office I have seen customers treat the staff horribly just because they had to go on a lunch break!! Be kind to our postal workers people we need them!!

People at the uptown office are friendly helpful and nice and it is worth the trip to get better service and not the "bad vibes" from this PO.
- DPDann PowersJun 15, 20161.0Stood in line before they closed just to give my po box keys back (which I didn't have to do) and right as it turned 4:30 and I was next he pushed a button and closed the rolling gate on me. I'm bending down as it goes down screaming what I was trying to do and he has a stone cold face saying nothing looking at me as it goes down then nothing! I have had so many bad experiences with this post office, it's like no other on earth! PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. it does not represent Sedona.
