I have been getting the run around and hung up on for over a week by this postal location. This is beyond frustrating especially since I don't work locally and can get home in time to physically stop at this location.

I asked for the GPS tracking, and it “magically” isn’t available on my package. And because it shows delivered, there is nothing they can do. He was very rude and obnoxious on the phone, and kept saying “what do you want me to do?”! Huh? I am calling to ask what YOU can do about this. Awful.
