- ASA SDec 6, 20251.0Update: I was finally after two months able to reach someone at this location and they have no clue where my stuff may have gone. UPS never reached out to them about it either. Good to know they don’t really care about our stuff shipped through them. Should’ve looked through the reviews first. I stopped to ship stuff that I bought on vacation in Sedona. I use UPS to ship stained glass so I usually trust them to ship it safely. The girls that helped me were very kind we went through all my items to make sure we were good to go. Got my box today and it was missing three items the one was the most expensive piece I was shipping home so I am very angry. Tried to call the store got sent to voicemail everytime even though they should have been open multiple times I don’t even know if I will be able to replace these items but all 19 other ceramics and trinkets packages for my kids and I made it. So where are the other three items 😞 ***Just fyi I responded to comment below but no one actually reached out to me.
